Lumena Medya website and Papito apps
This policy explains how Lumena Medya (“we”) handles personal data on the lumenamedya.com website and in Papito-branded mobile apps. Some of our products are made for children, so we work with as little data as possible.
Website
- Our website has no accounts, forms, advertising or tracking cookies.
- The site is hosted on Wix. Wix may process technical connection records such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the service.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers.
- If you email us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you.
Papito apps and games
- We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, photos or similar personal information from children.
- Features such as leaderboards give players automatically generated, safe nicknames. We recommend not using real names.
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your payment details.
- Our apps do not use personalized advertising or behavioral tracking aimed at children.
- Purchase screens and external links sit behind a parental gate.
- The data safety section on each app's store page lists details specific to that app.
Your rights
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other applicable laws, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Parents can contact us about anything concerning their children.
Storage and sharing
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers named above (hosting, app stores) as far as the service requires, and kept no longer than needed.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
